There is nothing like the experience of working out at Butcher Shop. I struggled to find a workout I enjoyed and looked forward to prior to finding the Butcher Shop. All the instructors are phenomenal and so kind. If you've never tried Lagree and are unsure about trying it, I highly encourage you to. The instructors are all very welcoming and will always help you. regardless of your level of knowledge. After over 2 years of going 4-5 days a week, I'm still excited to go and always get a great workout in.

I just joined the shop roughly 10 weeks ago and I’m 30 classes in already! Let’s just say, I’m hooked. At first, I was hesitant to spend the money.. but I consider this investment in myself worth it! If you want to be challenged in a new way, definitely try this place out. Does it help that ALL of the instructors are amazing and so kind?!? I don’t know how else to convince you otherwise to join!!!
