The techs and service were great. They showed up on time and explained the process. They took their time to complete the job with minimal distruption to our day. It was a very good experience.

I took a chance on this company never really hearing about them before. They answered my call promptly, I spoke to a real person who sent someone out the following morning. They texted me their ETA that morning & a photo of the service person I'd expect to see. They arrived timely, were professional & found my duct to be clean (visualized by a duct camera system). *I had run a duct brush through it the weekend prior but had not airflow from the exterior side vent. It turns out the dryer vented out the roof. No idea what the side vent is for. After the job was done, I received an email with interior photos of the duct showing it to be clean. Such a great company with great service! Everyone here is professional, personable, takes pride in their work and they're really informative! Really patient with dogs hahah. Overall just a great experience and we're very happy with the work they did
