Great veterinary hospital. I didn't feel pressured to pay for extras and Dr. Giatis is very personable as was the tech! They spend a lot of time answering questions and are always very kind.
Dr Bonfiglio at Upper Arlington Vet Hospital is the best. She is never rushed, explains things very well and always listens to what we have to say. We wouldn't go anywhere else!!
it was FANTASTIC. the staff, the doctor, I didn't even have to check in at the front desk because they knew i was coming. and no stool sample to bring! they cared for my cat beautifully, and at great prices. they are my new columbus vet. The kindness of staff and the thorough pre-screen of my cat before the doctor came in the room. i've never had that done at a vet before and i really appreciated it.
