I cannot say enough good things about how Matt handled our dog. We went for the first time today and he was so sweet with our anxious little rescue. I was a little nervous because she gets so upset, especially with men, but she warmed right up to him. Usually she dives out of a groomer's arms and into mine, but she was content to let him continue to cuddle her while he updated me. Poor girl needed a buzz cut but allowed him to do everything easily. I'm amazed! 10/10 will be going back.
