I have been to other permanent makeup artists over the years and they were ok. Kelly was fabulous. She is professional, kind and clearly explained everything. I had some previous work that needed to be repaired and she did a wonderful job. Kelly answered all my questions She was conscientious about assuring that I stayed numb and she has a light touch.I had brows and eyeliner,top and bottom. I am so,so happy with the results.

Kelly is a Pro. She has been doing this for 10 years. She is a good communicator and listener which makes you comfortable having her do the tattooing. I did eyebrows and upper eyelids. As she instructed, it fades a bit after 1st application, which she enhances at the second/touch-up appointment. Highly recommend.
