We have been working with this firm for years to do our semi-annual cleaning of the carpets and furniture through our entire home in New Albany. They do an excellent job, are fast , courteous and knowledgeable. They have also worked with us on squeezing us in for emergency jobs. (Think big dogs making disastrous stains in primary areas). Sean was so professional and thorough today. His challenge was to clean a summer’s worth of wear and tear on our screen porch furniture, where our dogs hangout with us every day. We appreciate the personal service.
I can't speak to the product they use (as I just got it done). But I will say they have some of the nicest, most professional service technicians and sales people I've encountered. If you care about your furniture and rugs, I'd recommend them.
