Amazing class. I’ve taken more than 50 classes at Modo, and this was my first time taking Angela’s Vinyasa Flow. It was excellent. What stands out most after six months of attending is how fresh every class feels. Each one offers something different while maintaining the quality and energy that keeps me coming back.
I’ve recently started doing yoga and it’s awesome. I have always loved heat and saunas and being active so this has been great for me. It’s really nice to be around others who feel the same way, it’s a workout for sure. I’ve been doing a couple of days per week, and when I can’t make it in I miss it and can’t wait for the next one. Everyone is super friendly as well.
I started on the regular Modo class, liked the combination of Bikram-style hatha with some stretching and flows. But what got me to come more often is the variety - Modo Flow, Hot Flow, Yin, the new Hot Hatha. Just a great combination of excellent teachers (Chad, Elizabeth, Corey, Dave, Tyler, Sabrina, etc), good facilities, and well designed classes with fun people to do yoga with. Sounds doable but I haven't found all of this at other studios - so I'll keep coming back and encouraging friends, new and old, to give it a try.
