I asked my neighbors via the Nextdoor app for recommendations for flooring companies and received a number of positive replies regarding Levi's 4 Floors. I went to Levi's 4 Floors on Polaris Parkway and met with Mike Wiley. Mike was well-versed in all things flooring, very helpful and patient. After discussing my flooring needs, which consisted of every room on every floor, and possible solutions, Mike scheduled a date/time for measurements. Afterwords, we met again and picked out the LVP and carpet. The installers for the LVP showed up at the exact time they were scheduled. We just had our second really good experience with Bill and the whole team at Levi's. Bill worked with us to get a fair price on the carpet we wanted and was very responsive to all our questions. The carpet was installed shortly after order by a great team - they removed existing carpet and pad and installed new in 3 rooms in about two hours - without a single issue. Highly recommend working with the whole team at Levi's - they have that strong sense of customer service that seems to be slowly disappearing in many businesses. Don't hesitate to call them.
The install of my recent carpet purchase went smoothly. The installer was knowledgeable and experienced. He was polite and explained everything. The salesperson was patient with me. I borrowed samples, returned samples, borrowed more samples. No hurry, no judgement. I would recommend Levi’s when shopping for flooring. I’ll be back.
