Was out of town and my dog walker was locked out with my dog locked inside. Lockbourne picked up the phone immediately and connected me to a locksmith who showed up within 20mins. He was quick, kind, and super helpful--also patient while my dog gave him a bunch of kisses. Definitely recommend them!
In a hurry and accidentally locked my keys in the car. Called and they had someone come within 30 minutes as they said! The locksmith did a great job and I’ve got my keys back!!Service: Car lockouts
The price was a bit high, but I work for a big dealership and I think they charged based on that. Was told 150-200 to re key a car door tumbler to fit new ignition key. Once done he said 249 was the new price. I paid because no one else seemed to want to come do the work. The guy was great, fast, friendly. Overall we will use them in the future, but I will get a locked price before letting them do the work so I don't get hit with a price that's outrageous. Like 249 to install new wafers in a tumbler.Great work very happy overall
