Bikram Hot Yoga Columbus

I was in town visiting family and enjoyed classes here. I felt very welcomed! Friendly studio, room is big/ great temperature, and locker rooms with soap. I really enjoyed Elise’s class and the music selection?? I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.

Inferno pilates. Challenging class, not really a traditional mat pilates class, ex. burpees and similar exercises were done. And there was an infusion of yoga, ex. cobra abdominal crunch. I will most likely not do this class again, the instructor was great, but burpess aren't mat pilates and I wasn't too keen on doing them in a bikram hot room. More a HITT class in high arse heat. I do hot mat pilates classes at various studios in different states, this is not really what I was excepting. Others may enjoy it.

Great to have a bikram studio here in Columbus- great instructors as well. My only complaint is that the studio really should have a water fountain or dispenser of some sort. Dehydration with this style of yoga is dangerous, water should be accessible and not something you have to pay for - I don't know if I've seen that at any other studio
