I recently had a fantastic box braid service experience at Brownies Hair and Co! Nikki and her team were incredibly skilled and attentive to their work. From the welcoming atmosphere to the attention to ensuring the clients receive a fantastic experience. I couldn't be happier. I can say everything is efficient in this business establishment. Very clean, organized and modern. Thee owner is very friendly, impactful, and courteous to potential clients. I would highly recommend, if you can find availability. Eastside of Columbus Ohio an diamond in the rough.

I have to leave a review for Brownies salon. I left one on Google, but I forgot to add that Nikki is a perfectionist. How I can tell is, you know once you get home after you get your hair done and then the next day, I always have at least one complaint. This time I have none. These braids are neat​ from start to finish. No extra hair hanging out the braids, it isn't heavy, my scalp doesn't hurt and I didn't have to take pain pills to sleep. Nikki and the nail techs and Stephanie made my experience amazing and I will definitely be going back and nowhere else. Nikki is a miracle worker. She is very patient, professional and sweet.
