Update! We had our entire upstairs re-carpeted and I couldn’t be happier with their product. We met with Jack and he helped us select a great carpet that was reasonably priced and they were able to install within two weeks. The installers were very careful with our newly painted trim and we had minimal touch ups. They also completed the work quickly - carpeting 900 sq ft before lunch! Thank you, Jack and team for another awesome experience with your business. We wouldn’t chose anyone else in Columbus. very helpful, but not pushy, salesmen at the store. Good selection of carpet and I found a great carpet on sale. Installation was avaiable in just a few days and installers did a great job.

The crew was punctual and got to work quickly. They asked questions as needed and ensured that any issues were addressed. Very friendly. Plenty of floor options and price ranges to work with my budget. Robert L. was a pleasure to work with.
