I’ve been so very pleased to have found fit for life. Everyone has been tremendous and very professional starting from my initial inquiry. Sean and Marissa helped me get squared away with my first appointment and answered all my questions with insurance and billing. Chris has done a great job with working with me and providing a program for me to follow. I’ve been pleased with the results so far and the care and follow up from the team. I can’t recommend them enough.

Dr. Chris helped me rehab my sprained ankle so I could return to running again. He creating custom at-home plans each week to assist in my recovery and worked to ensure I was continuing to improve.

Great team. Have now helped me back from 2 significant injuries. Detailed oriented. Asks relevant questions. Compassionate and good listeners. Accurately diagnose issue and developed detailed plan of exercises to get back to normal. Chris, Chelsea are fantastic. Cannot imagine a better PT team.
