The best place to feel welcomed and listened to! I'm an older runner and didn't know if I would even be able to walk again, after serious muscle spasms due to post-covid symptoms. But with the patience and expertise of the PT professionals at Fit for Life I am recovering. I even returned to MIT for Saturday runs, doing my PT exercises and remembering that slow is the best road to recovery. Thank you Fit for Life!

Fit For Life is amazing! I started struggling with Planter Fasciitis so bad I ended up in a boot. My foot hasn’t felt this good in months! And, they are all knowledgeable and helpful in teaching me new exercises to get back to running soon. Highly recommend!!
