As an endurance athlete competing in Ironmans,obstacle races, marathons and more, proper recovery is key to my performance. I've been seeing Austin for a while now and the results have exceeded my expectations. He takes the time to understand my training regimen and injury history. His massages are meticulously focused on problem areas, alleviating long-standing neck and back tension. After each session, I feel rejuvenated and notice a greater range of motion. He also rents Normatec compression gear for at home recovery! The improved recovery has made a significant impact. I'm able to push myself harder in workouts and races without the aches and pains holding me back. Austin plays a very big role in supporting my athletic and wellness goals. I can't recommend Austin enough. The treatments at Lifted have greatly enhanced my abilities both in and out of competition. It's an investment worth making.

Austin is amazing! I’ve been seeing him for about a year for massage therapy. He takes time to get to know his clients and what their needs are. His prices are extremely fair and you receive top notch care. He is very knowledgeable about the human body and has been extremely helpful in my recovery process from a back injury. I’ve been to many massage therapists and Austin is by far the best.
