Tech's name was Keith, guy has a Nicolas Cage leaving Arizona vibe. Very nice guy and gives options on affordable services. Would recommend this company and if you need a pick me up ask for Keith.
I never give 5 stars let alone write a review but they earned it. Called on a Saturday late in the day, Megan picked up right away, knew what a shark bite 90 was, I asked if the same plumber could come out that I had come out in August because he was great..sure enough Brandon H came within an hour. He is not only great at his craft but professional, clean, explains the why of what needs done and get its done right. My experience from first call to problem solved exceeded my expectations.
This is the 4th time Ive contracted with plumbing and drain professionals. I wouldnt consider using any other service. I know when they come out i can trust their judgements and the job will be done coreectly the first time. Patrick K. Is very knowledgeable and helpd us with purchasing and installing a new water heater. He as well as Clyde were efficient courteous, and respectful of out home. 10/10!
