Update: it was thoughtful of the manager to reach out to me, address my concerns, listen to be open to some feedback on the cancellation process, and help me cancel my membership without needing to come in to the office. I’ve adjusted my review rating and will remember the pleasant experience when ready to recommit to my fitness goals.its convenient that its open 24 hours and that workouts can be done in 15 minute intervals if needed. I canceled because i don't use it enough to justify the cost. One word of caution - pay close attention to the details when signing the contract. I’ve been going to HOTWORX at Polaris Parkway since December 2023. I LOVE it! I get to choose my workout time and the type of workout I want. Every workout is a great workout. The infrared sauna is amazing for boosting my mood. I sleep great with the detoxification the sauna provides.

I love this place! The workouts are tough but amazing. I love working up a sweat and getting the benefits of the sauna! Not to mention Howard, Kylie, and their staff are so much fun and have such great energy makes the experience that much better.Looking forward to seeing my results after the next few months!
