Raccoons in the attic! Get them out as soon as you suspect! I had a very good experience with this company. Friendly, and accommodating with scheduling. They provided complete service and follow up's until I was satisfied that the issue was resolved. I do think it was a bit overpriced though but I was on a time crunch and needed immediate service, so no time to shop around. So sometimes you have to pay for that. No clean up or maintenance done, though I believe they do that as well. They just installed one way doors on roof access points

Highly recommend!! Chris came out several times to examine and repair several breaches. Answered all my questions and concerns. The process as a whole did take a while but I didn’t need to be home for a lot of it. I didn’t feel like I was being sold or uncharged at all. The price was extremely reasonable and considerably lower compared to other quotes Id gotten. Everything was pretty straightforward.

We observed that a bat had made its way into our house during the late evening of 11/4/25. I called Critter Removal at about 8 AM the next morning, and by about 9 AM they had a man here. We knew where the bat was resting, so with a ladder and a net, he had the bat captured and in the truck by about 9:15.
We cannot stress enough how grateful we are for the great job Critter Removal Ohio did. No one wants a bat in their house, so this quick and efficient removal was very, very relieving for us.
Considering the potential danger and rare expertise of the Critter Removal agent, the cost was reasonable.
