Online Mysore program is amazing. All the instructors are passionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping the students. One on one training with the owner Taylor has helped me become a more confident practitioner, teacher, business owner and person. Highly recommend this place to yogis of all levels.

I started going to Ashtanga without much experience doing yoga at all. With the help from my amazing instructor Hannah, I have quickly grown to love Ashtanga and this studio. The studio is welcoming, relaxing and a safe place where I feel supported and empowered to learn the practice. I love that I can go at my own pace and receive one on one instruction in a group setting. I highly recommend this studio! I could go on and on about how much I love it and how it's become an important part of my routine!

I would recommend Ashtanga Yoga Columbus to anyone looking for a transformative and challenging practice. The owners are passionate about the practice of Ashtanga yoga and ensure classes are led by instructors who are not only knowledgeable but also very supportive and encouraging.
