Club Pilates is an affirming place to exercise, offering modifications that allow the whole class to be challenged but not hurt. The instructors are very knowledgeable and made exercise a pleasant experience for once in my life. While a bit pricier than other fitness options, CP is on target with other Pilates offerings in town.

Club Pilates is the best fitness program I’ve participated in- after Orangetheory,Strength training classes, etc. the focus on breathing is amazing- I’ve never left a workout feeling more rejuvenated! Plus snatched waist ?hello.

Club Pilates has given me so much in the past month since I joined. Everyone one of the staff members are extremely nice and very responsive when I have questions or need to make a last minute cancellation due to my work schedule. Also, the app is VERY convenient. I have been doing a variety of fitness classes over the last 15 years and this has been my favorite experience. The motivation and encouragement given by Sol and Freddy have enabled me to flex, lengthen and strengthen muscles that haven’t always gotten the proper focus in my workouts.
