Courtney is amazing! She has done my brows for a couple of years now, and I’ve never been disappointed. I tried a brown lamination for the first time recently and I’m over the moon about it! They look incredible, and I’ve never felt better about my face situation. I highly recommend Courtney! She is as lovely a human as they come and she’s awesome at brows.Service: Eyebrow waxing

Courtney is the best! So glad that I switched from Polaris to the Easton location! Courtney should be the Regional Training Director for all things brows! She truly knows how to shape, trim and fill in the Benefit way!

It had been awhile and my regular person Emma moved to the Polaris Macy’s. I wanted to stay at the Easton store so made an appointment with Courtney for a brow wax.. I was so disappointed. Emma always tweezed the stray hairs when she was done and cleaned them up. It wasn’t until I got home and took a good look that I noticed a bunch of strays that I had to tweeze. Definitely not worth the $27 .****************Update 11/17/23 from previous above review. Regional manager Melissa reached out. Offered a complimentary redo as Courtney wanted to make it right. Recovery was great . Too more than 5 minutes and Courtney was very thorough . She cleaned up the strays beautifully....read full review
