When we first bought our home, there were a few areas with asbestos that needed to be wrapped. Their team was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient throughout the process. Recently, one of the wraps came loose, and when we reached out, we were relieved and grateful to learn it was covered under warranty. The office responded promptly and scheduled Tom to come out to take care of it. We truly appreciate their fast, attentive service and the peace of mind they continue to provide.
I can't say enough good things about Lyle Environmental. We have an older home and were concerned when we found asbestos and mold. They took care of the issue for a VERY reasonable price and all of the employees I encountered were friendly and incredibly professional. Once they were finished, they were so clean and organized, it was almost like they were never there. The representatives at the office are also very accommodating and kind, which goes a long way when dealing with an issue such as this. Lastly, I've been lucky enough to have Tom, the owner, out to our home for some follow up concerns and he is so knowledgeable and understanding when speaking to his customers....read full review
