“Dr. Talotta was amazing. He took his time with me and made sure I had no questions before I left. I would highly recommend him. He was also very knowledgeable about my condition even though he had never seen me before today.“

“TUAC did a great job for me in diagnosing Strep. BTW - There must be a lot of sick people in STL right now - every Total Access Urgent Care was full on Sunday (at 9 AM) except one location. I was glad to get a spot although I had to wait 4 hours to be seen. The registration and check-in system is GREAT - you simply periodically check your place in line and go about your busy day until you are #2 in line, then head over to the location. The staff was polite and efficient.“

She always takes my input into account and often has morte than one way to try to reach the desired goal. The staff is friendly and it is never a negative experience when I have a visit. “I highly recommend this Urgent Care. The staff is very kind and the Doctor listened and went above and beyond. I went in 6 weeks ago for a bronchial infection. I had been having other symptoms (stomach pain, loss of appetite, nausea, etc) for weeks but was dealing with them, but I let the doctor know about them. He gave me medicine and told me to come back if it didn't clear up in a few days. I came back a few days later after finishing the meds because I still felt unwell. He went over everything with me again and said my symptoms weren't adding up to just a bronchial infection. Sent me to get a CT scan to rule out possible appendicitis. After a 6 hour wait in the ER I finally got the CT scan to reveal a ruptured appendix! I was immediately taken for surgery. The doctor called me the next day to check up on me and I let him know what happened. I'm not sure where I would be if he didn't insist I get that CT scan. I do know that it would have been much worse.“
