The only place I go for replacement keys. Their new keys always work.They were very helpful and patient, explaining an old lock mechanism helping me to troubleshoot and offer suggestions to fix.

Krause Key & Lock have been lifesavers as I have navigated opening a new business. They have been friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive! There aren't many businesses who will come and help you same-day at 4:30 pm (they close at 5) when you walk in with a problem. Specifically, the locksmith Dock has been a shining star when it comes to his customer service and know-how.

Everyone here was super friendly and very knowledgeable. They had everything in the store and were able to get me setup with a new lock in under 10 minutes. They also set the new lock to my original key. Very good pricing.
