Just Around the Corner went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our LVP installation in our kitchen. It even involved using pry bars to remove the baseboards, underlayment and 2 layers of linoleum, screwing down the subfloor to eliminate almost all the squeaks in our 50 year old home, adding new underlayment, installing the Mohawk LVP, even moving the fridge and stove. They came back to adjust some planks to satisfy our desire for a certain randomness to the pattern of the light and dark planks. Props to Kevin Claspill especially, for his staying in contact with us and the installers and his willingness to personally pitch in and do the labor required to put the final touches on, before asking for the final balance. He even threw in a cleaning kit, since you want to be careful with cleaning these LVP floors. You can trust this company to do it right and make things right when you have concerns! I was not even home for some of the work and I was not worried about them being there.
Just Around The Corner just finished up adding some hardwood flooring and sanding/staining the existing flooring to match. They did a wonderful job and were very communicative. They also were very helpful with helping us pick out stains and even responded to questions outside of operating hours. Pricing was also very reasonable compared to other quotes we received.
A flooring project is a big job when the space is vacant and twice as difficult when you can't relocate and empty the area of furniture. From start to finish JATC made the process bearable and the end result speaks for itself. Kevin submitted a proposal that covered the entire scope of the job, made useful suggestions but not up selling, was accommodating and promptly returned every call as we came up on the installation day(s).
