Such an inviting studio! If you’re visiting STL. Take yoga here! Welcoming teachers- the teacher even got me a towel after class had started. Clean facility. I was able to jump in the shower and change into clothes after a sweaty class, and Cute t-shirts ( I bought one ?). It was perfection and started my day off right! Thank you ?? Namaste

More than just a studio - this community is the best!! Every single teacher is amazing and adds their own flare to class. From day 1 I felt warmly welcomed by all. Make sure to try an inferno hot Pilates class!!

Love this studio, all the amazing teachers, and an amazing community of kind & encouraging people. Come and try it. It will be cold this weekend, so it’s a fun time to start. I started in January 2012 and thought I’d stop in the summer. Wrong, they haven’t been able to get rid of me since! Lyd
