If you have dental anxiety but need the work done, Ballas Dental is the place to go. Ballas Dentals staff is top notch! From the gal who takes your appointment to the dentist and everyone in between. I have never had a bad experience. Recently I had to have a root canal and I had MAJOR anxiety about it. I explained my fears and Dr. Haines and his hygienist, Lisa, made it not just a good experience but I actually had fun. And no, not the nitrous oxide talking! Lisa was so funny and kind. Dr Haines did all he could to make me comfortable. I even dozed off for a little bit mid procedure. I will have to get more work done and now I will have much less anxiety to go along...read full review
The lady who did teeth cleaning is amazing at her job. I would appreciate it if the doctor who entered later doesn’t ask me personal questions such as where were you born in the future
