When our carpet started buckling a year after installation Charlie sent Eric to correct it . Eric was very detailed, pleasant, hardworking and overall outstanding. Great experience. The only reason for a 4 ****was that it required correction within a year of installation. Charlie did stand by their good company reputation.

Please if you are looking for flooring you have to give this company a shot! Small and personal Charlie gives you an honest bid. Went to the showroom on Monday the quote blew me away. Said he could schedule me in about 2 weeks later. He actually fit me in the very next week. I was very happy since I am selling my home and this was my final project. Tore out and disposed old flooring in one day. Carpeted living room and 3 bedrooms two days later. The installers left my home immaculate. I couldn't be happier. Supporting a small business made it even better.

We had an amazing experience with Merx flooring. I’m not one to spend my time to write a lot of reviews but they knocked my socks off with their service. We were moving into a new home and needed the floors done ASAP. Everyone scheduled weeks and months out but Merx bent over backwards to get it done sooner. They worked on Sundays! Within 3 weeks of contract, the job was bid, performed and completed. It was more than 5000sf of hard wood with extra details and LVT and they did an amazing job. They did extra work and extra details to make sure we were satisfied. They were the cheapest bid.
