This place was fantastic! I use my kitchen aid mixer for so much, and it has been acting up for a while. Not many places do small appliance repairs. A gear on my mixer broke. The person working was able to repair it in less than 3 hours for $150. Fixed the stand attachment and replaced the metal ring around the mixer head I lost years ago in a move.Granted, the part is only around $30-$35. But the fact is I didn't have to ship it to kitchenaid. Wait 3-6 weeks for a diagnosis, estimate, wait for repairs to be completed, and maybe save myself a few dollars. Our 90's Kitchen Aid blender broke on Christmas day while trying to mix drinks. Brought it in after the holiday and was able to get it fixed while we waited. Back like new and mixing/blending like new.

The bowl on my Kitchen Aid mixer was stuck. I took it in and the gentleman had it released in about 3 minutes. No charge. They repair so many items. I will return and recommend to my family & friends.
