I’ve had short hair for 10+ years and my fair share of experiences with good and bad hair stylists in Beijing, Chicago, Minneapolis, St. Louis and SF Bay Area. Jeff is hands down the G.O.A.T of women’s haircut if you’re looking for the following:
He is great at the craft.
He doesn’t sell you expensive treatments.
He can do great color but only if you ask.
He talks as little or as much as you want that day. Price is always so fair.
The shop is super clean and organized always with a steady team of younger folks learning on the job. You can tell it’s a well run team when turnover is that low.

I had never been to this salon before. Called, made an appt, and met my stylist Alex to discuss what ideas I had in mind. Alex is great. She took the time and was very patient to help me figure out what would look good on me. Alex had great suggestions, and my haircut turned out marvelous. I absolutely love this place, and I will certainly be returning to Verve for their great service.
