My schedule was very chaotic but he worked with me to get the work done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely work with them again. Only thing negative I would say is that you need to confirm the work that will be done and how to confirm the pricing. But even that was not a difficult challenge to navigate with them. Looking forward to working with them on my future endeavors.“

“Lawson Brothers did an incredible job restoring the original hardwood floors in our 1930’s home. From the first time I reached out for an estimate everyone was timely and professional. They pulled up all the old carpet on main and upper levels, refinished all existing hardwood, and then also installed LVP in the kitchen and breakfast room. The wood floors look brand new and they blended the LVP well with the original floors and wood trim too. Even worked around the old radiators without issue. Thanks to Ethan, Wayne, and the whole team! They do high quality work- definitely recommend!“
“John originally bid a small project on my house. After meeting him, then seeing the quality of his work, I ended up signing contracts for about $40k worth of rehabbing with him. Demo, new deck, retaining walls, driveway, refinishing hardwood floors, new interior and exterior doors, wood work, new front porch, plumbing, new drywall and drywall repair, new bathroom fixtures, electrical work and more. He is a very good general contractor, is able to get his subs scheduled efficiently and moves quickly. If he said the guys would be at my house, they were there. His bids were all competitive - I got more than one bid for just about every project. The one time I thought I'd save myself a bit of money by using someone else, I got stiffed. I'd definitely work with John and Jewell Remodeling again.“

Jesse was even able to work around my entertainment center like they say in their ad. Next time I need any type of carpet work done I will definitely call Midwest and ask for Jesse.“

“We worked with Dan, Mark, and Zack to refinish hardwood floors we found underneath carpet in our recently purchased first home. Dan, Mark, and Zack were professional, patient and honest throughout the entire process. Dan was very understanding while we did our research, got other quotes, and asked many questions. A competitor told us we were going to have to replace 26 boards right off the bat (at $75 a board) whereas as JATC approached our project with an honest “let’s sand it and see” approach. To our pleasant surprise, all of the stains and scratches came out and we only had to replace one board! JATC also installed quarter round to match the rest of our house, hauled away the gross old carpet we ripped up, and got us in weeks earlier than we had initially planned on. Our floors came out beautiful, the cost was significantly less than what we initially thought, and JATC was wonderful to work with. Before and after pictures are attached to my review.“
