I could not ask for a better experience & company! Jay was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I ask a lot of questions! We've had great production from our system, and no issues! We've been so happy that we're having them return to add a battery storage system to pair with our solar panels.
Customer Service was spot on! My salesrep Jay stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. I heard a bunch of horror stories prior to going solar that it taking six or seven months, Jay said no more than 3 months, it only took two months to install!!!! Seeing how the new bill is locked in (cheaper) and not fluctuating every month has really showed me the savings. Wish I would have gone Solar years ago!! Thanks Sunkey!
