Shannon is AMAZING! This place is amazing! I found this groomer for my mom's dog, which is very old and gets scared easily. Shannon took the utmost care, compassion, time and attention with my mom's dog. Best grooming experience I ever had in over 20 years of owning dogs. Shannon is very knowledgeable, a complete professional, and highly experienced. She really cares deeply about her customers and their pets! She even offered to make a grooming house call, as my mother is in poor health with limited mobility. Incredible!
