We just wanted to reiterate what a great technician Blake Detter is! We were still having rodent issues after the first time he came out, and he worked to identify the issues and even came back to help us patch up some holes caused by some larger rodents. We really don’t have enough great things to say about Blake!We’ve been a customer for about a year now. Last year we could smell something dead in the crawl space, so we asked for our tech to come take a look. The technician we had then wouldn’t even go into our crawl space, he just threw a few deodorizers in and says the smell would go away in a few days. Fast forward to last week. We discovered there were squirrels in our attic on a Friday afternoon. Rottler sent someone out Saturday morning. The inspector found where the squirrels were getting in and let us know what the course of action would be. They returned Monday to set up the trap. Then the same person came out every day to check the trap and remove any squirrels that were caught. We also received a detailed report each day with a summary of the visit. We didn't have to be home as everything was handled from outside. Once all the squirrels were caught, they sealed up the hole made my the squirrels. My husband and I were very pleased with the whole experience.
Mike Roach was great! He explained all my options on getting rid of mice, and he is very thoughtful. He changed some light bulbs I couldn’t reach and tightened up a loose door knob just because he noticed it needed adjusting. He offered to come back and dispose of any mice if I can’t do it once they are trapped. Rottler also handles bug pest control, including mosquitoes.. I have not had a pest control company say they would treat for mosquitoes. Now I know why I’ve heard that Rottler Pest Solutions has such a good reputation.
