I just want to say thank you to all the staff at RA Guinner. I had some plumbing issues and within an hour of calling RA Guinner Nate came out and solved majority of the issues same day. I can’t say enough good things about R.A. Guinner Plumbing in St. Louis. We had been dealing with low water pressure for the entire 3 years we’ve lived in our home and never realized there was an actual problem. Our house was fully inspected before purchase, and no one caught the issue.
I sent one picture to Kevin, and he immediately identified the problem — a DIY low-pressure valve installed on a high-pressure line instead of a standard main water shutoff valve, which was restricting flow throughout the house. That level of knowledge and experience alone was impressive.
