I gotta tell you, they really go above and beyond. We were looking at installing a whole house water purification system with reverse osmosis system under our kitchen sink. This required coordination from Aqua Zero Labs in Columbia, MO and the plumbers. Python Plumbing was patient while we got all the details sorted, communicated with the equipment company and got everything installed, even going out and buying a new faucet for our sink and getting salt for the water softener portion of the system. This week, Riley and his team (Rick and Gus) were wonderful! Not only did they do fantastic work in a short amount of time, but they were also friendly, attentive and informative! Thank you so much for helping us with our quick turnaround! Will definitely recommend to anyone who asks! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
Matt and his team were fantastic to work with. I had an outside lateral sewer pipe replaced in the backyard of my 120 year old home. They gave me fair up-front pricing, and once they started it was done in a couple of days. Matt also let me know exactly what to expect as far as changes to my landscaping/retaining walls. It is what it is, and sadly they had to remove part of my brick patio/retaining walls to get the job done. But these sweet baby angels stacked each brick and stone piece neatly on a pallets on concrete slab in my yard for repair later by someone else (see photo).
