I shout about how much I love this studio to anyone who will listen! I started with the 6-week challenge and I'm hooked! The classes are excellent - they offer a wide range of class options, from the basics in yoga 101 to heated power classes, and the knowledgeable instructors suggest pose accommodations to make sure you get the most out of your practice and tailor it to your specific needs. I'm already feeling stronger, clear-headed, and happier than before I started here. Plus, the owners, instructors, and other yogis are so incredibly kind and welcoming!

I’m grateful that I found Gateway Yoga a few years ago. It’s been one of the few things that have been somewhat constant in my life, through numerous ups and downs and growth. When I am unable to attend for a while, owners Brittnie and Beth always welcome me back. They have built a fabulous community! If I’m feeling social, fellow yogis are friendly and easy to talk to. If I’m not feeling great, I can still pop in and out with just a few hellos and good-byes, and I leave feeling better just because I shared space with kind people.I love the types of yoga that Gateway teaches and I have liked every single instructor.
