“Just learned about this place not to long ago despite living in the area more than a decade now I was nearby so I decided to try them out. I had many jackets, blazers and overcoats that were hard wrinkled from storage and I was uncertain if they could be recovered. While in line I was inadvertently jumped by someone who walked in and the rep kindly called it out even though I allowed the older customer to proceed. I was later notified of some apparent light damage to one of the jackets prior to servicing so the shop wouldn't be held accountable. I assumed everything would take at least a week to complete and to my absolute surprise it was done in like 3 days! And they do alterations...all this to say that West Oak Cleaners is fast, does exceptionally good work while paying attention to details from start to finish making for an all around great experience!”
