I called this company and within a couple of hours I received a call back. We set up a time to discuss my issues. Chris showed up on time and we discussed the issues. “Five stars without hesitation. Tope Plumbing recently completed sewer lateral work at my South St. Louis home, and the entire experience was excellent.

The work area was extremely tight, but the crew carefully brought in their equipment, efficiently excavated the area that needed service, and completed the repair with an impressive level of skill and craftsmanship. The fit and finish of the work was excellent. Once the repair was complete, they put everything back together, leveled and compacted the area, applied grass seed and straw, and thoroughly cleaned up as they worked their way out.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly, communicative, easy to reach, and easy to schedule with. Follow-up was straightforward, and I always knew what was happening throughout the process.
