Annclaire Dryer and the medical assistant Monica are wonderful additions to this practice. I have been seeing the staff at this office for many years. Everyone is so kind, compassionate and professional. They know how to deal with any skin issues that you may be encountering. They help you stay calm and are so reassuring that everything will be ok. For what its worth, I had a really good experience with Dr. Reed and his staff at the N. Ballas clinic. His bedside manner was much better than another dermatologist I have seen in St. Louis. Took time to hear me out and was thorough in his assessment and treatment. Dermatologists are at times hard to get in for new patients and Premier was no different. Based on my experience I considered it worth the wait.
