What a fantastic place. I live in London and love good Pilates so finding this gem while visiting family was such a surprise. They even have an infrared sauna you can pay extra which is rare to find and so good for you. The studio has best equipment and very fun caring teachers!
I just left my first class at Premier Pilates, a mat Pilates class instructed by Hannah. It was great! The space is bright, clean, and well-equipped, and the staff members are super friendly and helpful. Hannah was a fun instructor, and I felt appropriately challenged during class and comfortable with her teaching. I’ll definitely be back for more mat and reformer classes in the future!
Hanna was absolutely incredible. She was patient, very knowledgeable, and has a calm demeanor which made the workout incredibly relaxing. Highly recommend Hanna at Premier Pilates, you won’t regret it. All of the other ladies were wonderful as well.
