“I’ve been using Welsch for over 10 years now. It started when my furnace went out on Christmas Day and it was 10 degrees outside. I called Welsch the next morning and they dispatched their tech Scott immediately. Within a few hours he had parts located, installed, and the furnace working again. Well this time, my A/C decided to fail one afternoon when it was 90 outside with high humidity. I called Welsch and they had their tech Scott here again within 24 hours. Scott arrived in the mid afternoon, troubleshooted the problem, located parts and had the unit up and running before he left in the evening. Definitely a comforting feeling when Scott shows up at your door. Fantastic company that hires dispatchers and technicians who try everything to get your units repaired and working. “Nick and Jackson were here on Tuesday (6/2) showing up right on time to install a new AC, furnace and A-coil. They did a great job and were so professional. Jackson did a lot of the heavy lifting and worked on the AC, leveling the pad and hooking it up, while Nick focused mainly on the furnace and the A-coil install, but they both were very involved with each aspect, very nice and polite and just great representatives of your company. Nick did a great job of explaining the warranty process and it was so easy to complete. They also did a great job of clean up and taking the old system away. Thank you both so much for all you did. And Jackson I hope your Broncos have a good year unless they face the Steelers. And thanks to Jim for his input on the new system.
