“Music Go Round is a safe, friendly venue to purchase used equipment. I purchased a Gretsch G5566 double neck baritone guitar. I live in Cleveland, OH and had to trust their assessment of the instrument. The guitar was in better shape than they described. It was very carefully packed for its shipment from St. Louis to Cleveland. While Music Go Round was willing to ship, they allowed me to make my own shipping arrangements (I emailed a FedEx shipping label) which reduced my shipping costs. I spoke with several representatives including Noah, Kali (spelling?) and Kevin although most of my interaction was with Kevin. Kevin was responsible for packing the instrument. Each were professional, friendly, concerned about my having a successful buying experience. The price was lower than alternatives on Reverb or E-Bay and I avoided sales tax due the Missouri to Ohio tax laws. Looking for a used instrument, check Music Go Round first. They are the best.“

“Overall good experience with Saxquest. They're a fair business and are honest. Communication is undoubtedly an issue. I had to call about 4 or 5 times over a month to make sure they hadn't forgotten about my trade-in. To be fair, it was a trade-in I mailed so there may have been some delays with the holidays and everything. I highly recommend that you do all trade-ins in-person. But other than that, they do great work and Mark is one of the most knowledgeable people you'll ever talk to. Very friendly too. You can trust this place.“
