Locked my phone and keys in the trunk – genius move. Master Locksmith Central sent a guy named Rico with an air wedge and long reach tool. He popped the trunk in ninety seconds, handed me my keys, and laughed with me about my stupidity. $65 flat. Fast, friendly, and no judgment. Highly recommend these folks.
You know that sinking feeling when your deadbolt suddenly refuses to turn? Happened to me Sunday morning before coffee. Called Central St Louis, and a tech named Denise arrived while I was still in my robe. Professional but not stiff she diagnosed a misaligned strike plate in five minutes, fixed it for under sixty bucks, and showed me how to maintain the lock. No upsell. No drama. Just solid work.
Moving out of my rental near SLU, and the landlord wanted all locks rekeyed by noon. I called Master Locksmith Central at 10 a.m. in a small panic. The woman on the phone—so calm—said “we’ve got you.” Tom showed up at 10:45 with a full pinning kit. He rekeyed three knobs and a deadbolt in under half an hour, tested each key twice, and handed me a neat little bag of old pins. Professional without being cold. Fast without being reckless. My security deposit thanks them.
