My therapist, Mike F., always acknowledges my perseverance, which helps me stay motivated. He listens well, is encouraging and notices the slightest progress.
Kudos to front desk staff also -- Shamika, Natalia and Kathrine are professional, efficient, and patient (with a smile).“
