“Christmas weekend I had a pump failure on a 50 unit apartment building, resulting in no heat . One vendor came out and worked for 6 hours and eventually said they didn't know what to do and said I had to call someone else.Made a bunch of calls to vendors who either were not willing to come out or had no experience with this type of boiler. Called Cities1, gave them my information. The tech called me back and he was there within the hour. Walked in, very professional and confident. He knew exactly what needed to be fixed and had me back up and running in no time.I will definitely be using them going forward.“

“Crosstown Mechanical has serviced and maintained the coolers and HVAC systems for 2 restaurants for us for going on 15 years. Consistently have quality technicians and easy communication and billing. They also have 24 hour service available, and while it does obviously cost more, when you have thousands of dollars of food in coolers that can spoil, or ACs break at 8pm on 100 degree days, its a necessity. Would highly recommend.“
