Dr. Kuklock and the team showed tremendous compassion during a difficult and stressful time. We were kept well informed throughout the process and treated with genuine empathy from start to finish. I highly recommend Animal Emergency & Referral Center of Minnesota!
Was very concerned about my pets well being and ready to take them to AERC, but after briefly explaining the situation to Jaydn on the phone, she told me it was ok to monitor for the rest of the night and only bring her in if it gets worse.
That is very respectable in todays day and age. AERC is where I will bring my pet in the event of an emergency, thank you!
Such kind and considerate care, it’s never a good time to come in and especially when I’ve had to say goodbye to beloved friends. Even over COVID when we couldn’t accompany our pets I always feel like they’re in great hands.
