He was patient and kind and actually gave me honest feedback about frames; I never once felt as though he was “just trying to make a sale”. I felt genuinely valued! Additionally, it turned out that my eye doctor accidentally sent over the wrong prescription. I called into the store and they told me that they would update the lenses free of charge. Those who work there have fluid bond so I always know I will be well taken care by any of them. In addition the optometrist, Aaron, is the only one who can give me an accurate prescription that addresses my needs. My eye Drs office has never given me the correct prescription, but Aaron always does.
