We experienced a water leak after hours. I called and left a message for many companies, including ones that advertise emergency response and also for Kelly Plumbing. Hannah from Kelly Plumbing, called me back mid morning and said that she will call around to her team and see what they can do. At this point, I was speaking with multiple companies just trying to get service quickly. I let Hannah know that and she expressed that as long as we got what we needed, that was the goal. Came out promptly when a toilet leaked into the tenant’s bathroom, communicated clearly, and responded to some other issues that we’d just been living with for years not realizing they could be repaired. Invoiced only when ALL the work was done to my satisfaction.
