“Phenomenal place! Phenomenal staff, phenomenal frames, phenomenal service. I didn’t realize they were appointment only, but they graciously took me in anyway. I worked with Dave, who was amazing! He was patient and kind and actually gave me honest feedback about frames; I never once felt as though he was “just trying to make a sale”. I felt genuinely valued! Additionally, it turned out that my eye doctor accidentally sent over the wrong prescription. I called into the store and they told me that they would update the lenses free of charge.
