Capital Tattoo
“Had such a great experience at capital! Easy check in, easy to find parking nearby and super friendly artists. Athena crushed it on my tattoo and the overall shop vibe was welcoming and inclusive - would highly recommend if you’re looking for a shop in Saint Paul!”
Black Coffin Tattoo
“5 Stars for the consultation alone! The shop is clean and had an awesome vibe. I met with James Severson who took the time to really listen to my ideas and gave me great input. He was patient and truly collaborative with me on the design. I didn't feel rushed and he made sure every detail aligned with what I wanted. Pricing was transparent. I left feeling completely confident and can't wait to get in the chair for the actual session.
Highly recommend!”
